摘要: The focus of this mini-review is to assemble an instructive sample of  natural products possessing structural features present in phenolic  constituents Cashew Nut Shell Liquid (CNSL) and, thus, inspire  researchers undertake semisyntheses these using the relatively abundant phenolic components CNSL as raw materials. In review, author attempts identify (or point out to) a 3-alk(en)yl-substituted sub-structure embedded particular product and reveal component that has corresponding  motif. addition, prompts reader into thinking process should eventually lead him/her developing a  comprehensive retrosynthesis culminating starting material.
