摘要: The temperature dependence of the permittivity e PbWO4 crystals is studied in range T = 290–550 K at a frequency 1 kHz. e(T) dependences measured on heating and cooling are different. On heating, groups narrow maxima 290–330 330–400 observed curves. first group peaks dominant. High-temperature polarization produces an additional broad peak (T) curve 400 K. A linear 400–470 Above 470 K, variation closely follows exponential law. Restoring relaxation 25–30 290 after high-temperature sample proceeds exponentially few stages. features curves determined by dipole hopping mechanism charge exchange between complex associates. Such structural defects may be pairs doubly charged lead oxygen vacancies (diplons). These also form basis for more complicated defect complexes with localized holes (or electrons) corresponding vacancies.
