Intracranial melanoma metastases: surgical treatment and follow-up of 18 patients.

摘要: Eighteen patients with operated cerebral metastases from malignant melanoma were followed-up. There was no operative death and in general the patients' quality of life improved. The results suggest that operation a metastasis prolongs survival patient if other lesions develop. Every operatively accessible recurrence or new should be on, condition allows it.
