摘要: A 78-year-old man had a routine chest radiograph which showed two nodules in the left lower lung. Computed tomography (CT) demonstrated one of to be subpleural. Over ensuing 2 months, these grew; CT-guided needle biopsy was not diagnostic. Four months after biopsy, posterolateral thoracotomy revealed three separate lung lesions. Histopathology malignant melanoma. Postoperatively, cerebral CT scan this asymptomatic patient frontal and right posterior occipital lesion compatible with metastases.
