摘要: Six hundred and fifty-two patients with histologically proven primary malignant melanoma have been followed by the London Regional Cancer Centre from 1960 to 1985. Neurological signs symptoms secondary metastases brain developed in fifty-five (8.4%). The median age was 49 years; 71% were male 29% female. Multiple lesions found 61% a single metastasis 39%. most common site for lesion trunk males (44%) lower limb females (37%). month survival 58% if surgical excision possible 25% of these survived greater than two years. In multiple that received radiotherapy, times six months 12% patients. Patients appear benefit being managed removal lesion.
