摘要: Abstract A novel alternate feeding mode was introduced to study the possibilities of improving methane yield from anaerobic co-digestion food waste (FW) with chicken manure (CM). Two kinds sequence (a day FW and next CM (FM/CM), two days FM third (FW/FM/CM)) were investigated in semi-continuous digestion lasted 225 days, mono-digestions used as control group, respectively. The FW/CM mono-digestion observed fail produce gas at hydraulic retention time (HRT) 70 days due ammonia inhibition, however, FW/FM/CM proved successfully run HRT 35 days a higher OLR 2.50 kg L−1 d−1 obtain production rate 507.58 ml g−1 VS volumetric biogas 2.1 L L−1 d−1.
