摘要: A novel water-soluble polysaccharide IP3a was successfully isolated and purified from I. obliquus by DEAE-cellulose, Sepharose CL-6B Sephadex G-200 column chromatography. Chemical characterization antitumor immunoregulatory activity of were investigated. consisted rhamnose, arabinose, glucose galactose in a molar ratio 2.5:4.6:1.0:2.6 with an average molecular weight 48,820 Da. exhibited no significant activities vitro. However, could not only inhibit the growth transplantable Jurkat tumor mice significantly, but also enhance splenocyte proliferation lymphocyte induced ConA LPS dose-dependent manner. At same time, promote cytokine secretion (IL-2, IL-6, IL-12 TNF-α) macrophage phagocytosis mice. In addition, increase Bax expression Bcl-2 significantly. These results suggested that mechanisms might be associated improving immune response vivo inducing apoptosis cells utilized as potential therapeutic agent against lymphoma cancer immunomodulatory activity.
