摘要: A study of the liver pigment cells Rana esculenta L. has been performed on both in toto and culture. Ultrastructural cytochemical analyses showed a close relationship between this visceral cell system hepatic macrophage lineage. Like latter, present phagocytic activity, sinusoids vitro, give positive response to tests for peroxidase lipase. The are isolated, together with Kupffer cells, from sinusoidal fraction liver.
