摘要: The effects of annealing on the phase transformation behavior and superelasticity cold-rolled Ti50Ni48Fe2 shape memory alloy were extensively investigated. Curves temperature dependence electrical resistivity reveal that both annealed specimens exhibit a B2 → R→B19′ two-stage martensitic upon cooling B19′ → B2 one-stage heating, although austenitic decreases with increase temperature. Tensile stress–strain curves show critical stress for stress-induced martensite (σ SIM) alloys due to decrement dislocation density caused by recrystallization. As result, σ SIM decreases. Upon cold-rolling at 623 K 30 min, exhibits excellent maximum recoverable strain 5.8 % loading 7 %. In such case, complete 5 % can be obtained in after deformation increasing 15 cycles.
