摘要: High resolution 1 H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra using spinning at the magic angle ( MAS NMR) have been obtained on approximately 80 mg samples of intact human kidney tissue obtained during surgery. This technique produces high resolution NMR spectra in which effects dipolar couplings, chemical shift anisotropy and susceptibility differences are minimised, giving comparable to solution state spectroscopy. The combined use one-dimensional single pulse spin-echo spectra, and two-dimensional J-resolved total correlation (TOCSY) spectra, allowed assignment a number resonances endogenous substances from both cytosolic membrane compartments. These first reported results tissues using this approach offers potential for identification rapid quantitation tissue components determination changes disease states, thereby providing scope diagnosis therapy evaluation.
