Effecting a system change in the delivery of employment services for people with disabilities: a view from Australia

摘要: The Australian Disability Services Act [24] signalled a dramatic change in the delivery of employment services to people with disabilities. introduced alternative integrated options traditional sheltered services. Despite steady growth numbers disabled working options, concomitant drop number programs has not occurred. Reasons for this are explored context implementation processes put place by successive governments. It is argued that most serious challenge facing contemporary vocational service provisions reconciliation person-centred values philosophy driven neo-classical economic policies.
