摘要: Cistus albidus et salvifolius, deux especes de la famille des Cistacees, sont repandues dans le bassin mediterraneen dotees proprietes therapeutiques. Dans ce travail, l’activite antimycobacterienne ces est evaluee. L’incorporation extraits aqueux ethanolique milieu gelose, methode disque determination concentrations minimales inhibitrices (CMI) ont montre que les plantes possedent un effet antimycobacterien. Les fractions responsables observee ete identifiees apres fractionnement par chromatographie sur couche mince (CCM) couverture plaque chromatographique avec une culture liquide Mycobacterium smegmatis. tests phytochimiques effectues molecules polyphenols pour plantes.
