摘要: Over the past years several genes have been reported to be osmotically regulated (Storey and Storey, 1981; Holtum Winter, 1982; Singh et al., 1985; 1987a;Bedford 1987; Close 1989; Cushman 1989a; 1989b; Delauney Verma, 1990; Perez-Prat Skriver Mundy, Bartels 1991; Dhindsa, 1991, Estragarcia Narasimhan 1992; Kononowicz Nelson Niu 1993; Zhu 1993b). These studies rationalized on assumption that amongst these are molecular determinants of osmotic tolerance. Although products many still remain unidentified there a number well characterized interest laboratories. One is osmotin (Singh 1987a; LaRosa 1989, Meeks-Wagner Grosset Roberts Selitrennikoff, Stintzi Woloshuk Casas 1992, 1993).
