摘要: The influence of different additives on the performance a bienzyme carbon paste electrode for detection L-lactate was investigated. pH during adsorptive coimmobilization lactate oxidase and horseradish peroxidase heat pretreated particles determined in presence absence polyethylenimine (PEI). In PEI highest H2O2 sensitivities can be achieved after using pHi around 7. response to background ratio increased considerably by values higher than 8.5. sensitivity is relatively independent pHi. The poly-L-lysine, poly-L-arginine, spermine, spermidine also use positively charged poly-aminoacids improves both sensitivity/background long-term stability detection. Also choice carboneous powder pasting liquid has considerable sensor characteristics. A treatment at 700° C 15s HRP modified CPEs most cases. replacement organic solids, e.g., octadecane, heneicosane, naphthene opens up way prepare robust sensitive sensors. The considered influences composition immobilization conditions were discussed with respect responses.
