摘要: The expression of the 5-lipoxygenase and activating protein (FLAP) genes in human tonsillar B cells a lymphoblastoid cell line was demonstrated at transcriptional level by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique. Intact produced very low amounts leukotriene (LT) B4 5-hydroxyeicosatetraenoic acid upon stimulation with calcium ionophore A23187 arachidonic comparison to those formed sonicates these cells. Incubation intact glutathione depleting agent, azodicarboxylic bis[dimethylamidel] (diamide), prior addition acid, led formation similar LTB4 as sonicated These results indicate that status is importance for activity lymphocytes.
