摘要: A case study reviewing the establishment of evidence-based Incredible Years programme in Wales, describing rationale for selecting programme, outcomes achieved and influence on policy leading to a Wales-wide dissemination strategy. The UK context features growing trend towards anti-violence services significant increases funding early intervention. Factors that contributed success this project included careful selection with evidence, establishing local evidence base it, ensuring information was disseminated government service providers, need build sustainability plan. biggest challenge, lack leader time resources deliver effectively, is explored solutions from including feedback surveys manager training days are described.
