摘要: Use of antibiotics in human and animal medicine has applied selective pressure for the global dissemination antibiotic-resistant bacteria. Therefore, it is interest to develop strategies mitigate continued amplification transmission resistance genes environmental reservoirs such as farms, hospitals watersheds. However, efficacy mitigation difficult evaluate because unclear which are important monitor, primers use detect those genes. Here, we evaluated diversity one type macrolide antibiotic gene (erm) environment (manure) determine would be most informative a study that environment. We analyzed all known erm assessed ability previously published diversity. The results showed group into 66 clusters, 25 these clusters (40%) can targeted with found literature. These target 74%-85% manures analyzed.
