摘要: Background. The immunological bases for the efficacies of 2 currently licensed influenza vaccines, live attenuated vaccine (LAIV) and inactivated (IIV), are not fully understood. The goal this study was to identify specific B-cell responses correlated with known these vaccines. Methods. We compared antibody after immunization 2010/2011 IIV or LAIV in young adults, focusing on peripheral plasmablasts 6–8 days vaccination. Results. The quantities vaccine-specific plasmablast-derived polyclonal antibodies (PPAbs) recipients were significantly higher than those recipients. No significant difference detected avidity PPAbs between groups. Proportionally, induced a greater immunoglobulin A plasmablast response, as well response conserved nuclear protein, IIV. cross-reactive heterovariant strains, indicated by relative levels PPAb binding reactivity, also group. Conclusions. Distinct quantitative qualitative patterns adults; proportionally LAIV.
