Influence of chemical and mineralogical properties of organic amendments on the selection of an adequate analytical procedure for trace elements determination

摘要: Abstract Six digestion procedures were tested to improve extraction methods for determination of trace elements in various organic amendments with high inorganic fractions. These terms pH, CaCO3, matter, elemental analysis, BCR sequential and X-ray diffraction analysis. Aqua regia (ISO 11466), total HF–HNO3–HClO4 four microwave-assisted digestions (i.e., HNO3, HCl–HNO3, HNO3–HF HCl–HNO3–HF) used. The effect acid mixtures on mineral fractions was assessed by Si Al analysis the solid residues obtained. Microwave HF obtained highest element recoveries all metals except Al. CaF2 CaAlF5 precipitates also detected using after microwave calcium content. A decision flowchart suggested determine best mixture according amendment be analyzed.
