摘要: Abstract The isomerization of cis to trans unsaturated fatty acid in Pseudomonas putida , a mechanism this bacterium adapt its membrane toxic environmental influences, was tested as an indicator for toxicity 10 organic compounds (aromatics and aliphatic alcohols). A direct correlation observed between the hydrophobicity (logP), concentration dependent growth inhibition, trans/cis ratio acids. application system is discussed terms stress particularly during bioremediation processes.
