摘要: Cyclin D1 is the regulatory subunit of certain protein kinases thought to advance G1 phase cell cycle. Deregulated cyclin expression has been implicated in several human neoplasms, most consistently centrocytic B lymphoma, where gene usually translocated an immunoglobulin locus. To determine directly whether constitutive lymphomagenic, transgenic mice were generated having linked enhancer. Despite abundant transgene expression, their lymphocytes normal cycle activity, size and mitogen responsiveness, but young animals contained fewer mature B- T-cells. Although spontaneous tumours infrequent, lymphomagenesis was much more rapid that co-expressed a myc than expressing either alone. Moreover, lymphomas often ectopically expressed endogenous gene. These findings indicate this can modulate differentiation collaborate with myc-like genes oncogenesis.
