摘要: This study examines the extent and impact of mediocrity in management. Mediocrity among public managers is defined as having only a modest commitment to contemporary values practices administration. Based on national survey senior city governments with populations over 50,000, this finds that about 41% jurisdictions most have mediocre practices. Managerial shown strong, negative impacts workplace productivity citizen trust government. first two articles concludes practical tips for assessing workplace. The second article, which also issue PPMR, focuses strategies addressing managerial mediocrity.
