摘要: ABSTRACT The effects of dopamine (DA) (7×10 −7 to 7×10 −6 M) on renin release (RR) were studied in isolated rat kidneys perfused at a constant pressure 90 mm Hg single-pass system with modified Krebs-Henseleit solution. DA M did not affect renal perfusate flow, glomerular filtration rate, or urinary sodium excretion, but almost doubled RR within 5 min. At higher concentration increased similar levels despite vasoconstriction. DA-induced increase was reduced by 40% during the concomitant infusion propranolol, whereas phentolamine relative after DA. It is concluded that may stimulate independently vascular tubular mechanisms most probably activating adenylate cyclase and increasing intracellular cyclic AMP epitheloid cells juxtaglomerular apparatus. This view supported finding phosphodiesterase inhibitors papaverine diazoxide similarly differential flow excretion. Since response only partially inhibited beta-adrenergic blockade, dopaminergic receptors be involved.
