摘要: BACKGROUND AND AIM OF THE STUDY Sorin Pericarbon stentless pericardial valves were implanted using three different surgical techniques, and early mid-term clinical hemodynamic results analyzed according to the method used. METHODS Between January 2000 December 2002, 102 in 101 patients (55 females, 46 males; mean age 67.6+/-7.1 years). Among these patients, 63 had isolated aortic valve replacement 39 underwent a combined procedure. The inflow portion of matching-size prosthesis was fixed annulus either by semi-continuous Prolene suture (n = 48), interrupted simple Ethibond 29) or mattress stitches 25). Valve sizes not significantly subgroups. cross-clamp cardiopulmonary bypass times 145+/-31 min 171+/-39 min, respectively, with stitches; longer than continuous group (115+/-27 143+/-45 min) (111+/-28 137+/-34 min). RESULTS Early mortality 6.8% 7) for entire patient group. None deaths valve-related. Postoperatively, all followed up (mean 26.6+/-9.4 months). There two late (both non-valve-related). One developed endocarditis, infected re-replaced another valve. During follow period peak transvalvular gradient decreased from 12.8+/-8.5 mmHg 9.1+/-2.3 22.5+/-13.9 16.1+/-4.3 left ventricular wall thickness 15.5+/-2.1 mm 12.8+/-1.4 mm. Regurgitation more trivial any valves. implantation technique did affect performance CONCLUSION showed excellent performance, even if root. used no significant influence on performance.
