摘要: Natural killer (NK) activity was investigated in 61 patients with Stage III and IV Hodgkin's disease during the course of 30 healthy age- sex-matched volunteers. The mean NK significantly lower (P less than 0.001) untreated active phase treatment, compared controls. There a similar value normal subjects, clinical remission. correlated response to therapy. In responding increasing, reaching range not therapy showed gradual decrease disease. These results suggest that study function might offer helpful tool following efficacy therapy, as well for monitoring cancer from an immunologic viewpoint.
