摘要: A new method was established for the speciation of Se by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Effective separation organic and inorganic in Se-enriched eggs achieved precipitating albumen with trichloroacetic acid. The detection limit 0.07 μg L−1. proposed successfully applied determination as well total recovery 90.1–112% relative standard deviation (n = 5) 0.6–3.4%. presents mainly forms, content which three to seven times that Se.
