摘要: A detector/video amplifier (DVA)includes a microwave monolithic integrated circuit (MMIC) detector processor for converting modulated RF input signal to baseband in video and MMIC coupled located on single chip with the processor. The amplifies output signal. DVA is temperature compensated achieves detection across full Ku band (12-18 GHz).
