摘要: Background/Aims: IgA nephropathy (IgAN) is the most common form of primary glomerulonephritis, and often aggravates by mucosal infection. Secretory (SIgA) dominant immunoglobulin in immunity, deposited mesangium IgAN. The biological effects SIgA on mesangial cells are poorly understood. Methods: Deposition frozen renal sections from IgAN patients was detected association between deposition characteristics analyzed. polymeric (pIgA) human were compared. We also studied molecular mechanism microRNA regulating inflammatory cells. Results: Fifty-five 176 had with higher incidence infection history hematuria, lower serum cystatin C, β2 microglobulin, blood urea nitrogen T-grade Oxford classification, compared without deposition. stimulated at a ratio proliferation production interleukin (IL)-6, IL-8, monocyte chemotactic protein 1, transforming growth factor-β1 fibronectin, healthy volunteers. cytokines significantly than that pIgA. miR-16 targeted 3′-untranslated region IL-6 suppressed its translation induced SIgA. Conclusions: differ those stimulates cell proinflammatory cytokines. regulated
