摘要: The increased consumption of meat products, such as hamburger in large cities Tehran, has highlighted the importance quality control for these products. Due to escalating cost red meat, and difficulty detecting adulteration ground replacement with cheaper animal plant proteins products is clearly possible. As a result, aim this study was investigate validity labeling premium hamburgers made beef. In addition, presence soybean chicken which constitutes commercial fraud hamburgers, detected using sensitive quick multiplex-PCR method. total, 10 specified brands purported consist beef were collected from markets Tehran City, Iran. DNA extracted then, simplex-PCR fwere optimized specific beef, primers. 118, 183, 274 bp fragments, amplified all samples lectin, 12 s rRNA, mitochondrial cytochrome b genes, respectively. results indicated addition not on their labels.
