摘要: Abstract Background aims Subcutaneous fat represents a valuable reservoir of adipose-derived stem cells (ASCs) in the stromal vascular fraction (SVF), widely exploited regenerative medicine applications, being easily harvested through lipoaspiration. The lack standardized procedures for autologous grafting guided research efforts aimed at identifying possible differences related to harvesting site, which may affect cell isolation yield, growth properties and clinical outcomes. features complex architecture: superficial fascia separates adipose tissue (SAT) from deep layer (DAT). We unravel between SAT DAT, considering morphological structure, SVF composition, ASC properties. Methods DAT were collected female donors comparatively analyzed evaluate cellular yield viability, morphology, immunophenotype molecular profile. ASCs isolated primary culture used in vitro differentiation assays. cadaver also histology immunohistochemistry assess morphology localization within hypoderm. Results Liposuctioned contained higher compound, along with proportion CD105-positive cells, compared same site. Also, displayed increased multipotency stemness features. All mainly evidenced specimens abdominal region. According our results, overall Conclusions Given that subcutaneous is currently as gold standard source high-yield adult these results provide precious hints toward definition protocols microharvesting.
