摘要: Proteases are key components of the hydrolytic enzyme arsenal employed by fungal pathogens to invade their host plants. The recent advances in -omics era have facilitated identification functional proteases involved plant-fungus interactions. By comparison publically available sequences genomes we found that number protease genes present genome Cladosporium fulvum, a biotrophic tomato pathogen, is comparable with hemibiotrophs. To identify plant inducible and products, performed transcriptome proteome analyses C. fulvumin vitro planta means RNA-Seq/RT-qPCR mass spectrometry. Transcriptome data showed 14 out 59 predicted expressed during growth which nine belong serine S8 S10 rest metallo- aspartic proteases. Mass spectrometry confirmed presence six at level infection. Expression limited fulvum might sustain benefits its stealth pathogenesis.
