摘要: The purpose of this article is to evaluate the clinical outcomes a posterior chamber phakic intraocular lens (pIOL) (Visian Implantable Collamer Lens V4c) for correction moderate high myopia in Chinese eyes. designed as retrospective case series. This study included first consecutive eyes that had implantation new pIOL design with central hole, at our department by same surgeon. safety, efficacy, predictability, stability, and adverse events surgery were evaluated over 6 months. enrolled 63 (32 patients). mean spherical equivalent decreased from −12.81 ± 3.11 diopters (D) preoperatively −0.05 ± 0.27 D months postoperatively; 96.8% within ±0.50 D target 100% ±1.00 D. All decimal uncorrected distance visual acuity 0.5 (20/40) or better every follow-up visit. safety efficacy indices 1.42 ± 0.34 1.11 ± 0.19, respectively. Postoperatively, pressure (IOP) remained stable time. No significant rises IOP (including pupillary block) no secondary cataract found. After months, vault was 505.2 ± 258.9 μm (range 120–990 μm), endothelial cell loss 2.0%. Implantation safe, effective, predictable, moderate-to-high Han patients, even without peripheral iridectomy.
