摘要: A method for applying a coating comprising comb-type anti-thrombotic conjugate to at least portion of an implantable device prevent or reduce the formation thrombosis on surface device, involves preparing first sub-layer by mixing polymeric material and biologically active agent with solvent, thereby forming homogeneous solution. second outer layer is applied over inner drug-containing layers using, example, dip spray process. Alternatively antithrombotic may be used as matrix encapsulate pharmaceutical form microspheres nanospheres before depositing onto medical device.
