摘要: Improved fluorescent labels comprise a rare earth chelate incorporated into polymeric particle derived from loadable latex. The polymer comprises: (a) about 50 to 96 weight percent of recurring units hydrophobic ethylenically unsaturated polymerizable monomer, (b) 2 30 nonionic hydrophilic and (c) 20 an anionic monomer containing at least one solubilizing group. this invention have greatly improved stability in aqueous solutions do not prematurely agglomerate during storage. They can be attached any variety physiologically reactive species provide labeled species, are particularly useful specific binding assays.
