摘要: A dry detection reagent for detecting an immunologically active substance is prepared containing solid fine polymer particles immobilizing a the detected. The are by one of following methods: a) ternary copolymerization monomer having carboxyl groups, amino groups and styrene or its derivatives; b) binary derivatives, reacting part with bifunctional amine such as ethylene diamine to provide groups; c) copolymerizing derivatives amide converting Hofmann reaction, hydrolyzing form groups. Preferably, acrylamide copolymerized hydrolyzed converted reaction. used immobilized on dried produce reagent. To carry out detection, dispersed in liquid, liquid mixed sample be detected which becomes bound optically stable during storage has excellent re-dispersibility liquid.
