摘要: Biologically active reagents are prepared from particles of copolymers having highly reactive carboxy or equivalent groups. The by covalently attaching biologically substances, for example antibodies, to the particles, directly indirectly through groups on particle surface. These used advantage in analytical elements, methods detection specific binding ligands (such as immunological species) and immunoassays, purification affinity chromatography reagents.
