摘要: OBJECTIVE To provide consensus guidelines for the management of women with histologically confirmed cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), which can act as a precursor to invasive cancer and represents one most common significant gynecologic diseases reproductive age. PARTICIPANTS An independent panel 121 experts in various aspects diagnosis precursors, including representatives from 29 participating professional organizations, federal agencies, national international health others invited by American Society Colposcopy Cervical Pathology (ASCCP). CONSENSUS PROCESS Guidelines CIN were developed through multistep process. Working groups, who performed formal literature reviews obtained input community at large way an interactive Internet-based bulletin board, draft guidelines. At ASCCP Consensus Conference, September 6-8, 2001, Bethesda, Maryland, all discussed, revised, adopted vote. CONCLUSIONS Evidence-based have been biopsy-confirmed CIN.
