摘要: Cell motility is driven by the sum of asymmetric traction forces exerted on substrate through adhesion foci that interface with actin cytoskeleton. Establishment this asymmetry involves microtubules, which exert a destabilising effect via targeting events. Here, we demonstrate existence mechano-sensing mechanism signals microtubule polymerisation and guidance microtubules towards sites under increased stress. Stress was applied either manipulating body cells moving glass microneedle or stretching flexible were migrating on. We propose model for phenomenon whereby stimulated guided interaction tip complex filaments tension.
