摘要: Background: Many eHealth technologies are not successful in realizing sustainable innovations health care practices. One of the reasons for this is that current development technology often disregards interdependencies between technology, human characteristics, and socioeconomic environment, resulting has a low impact To overcome hurdles with design implementation, new, holistic approach to needed, one takes into account complexity rituals habits patients other stakeholders. Objective: The aim viewpoint paper improve uptake by advocating toward their eventual integration sector. Methods: identify potential limitations frameworks (1999–2009), we carried out literature search following electronic databases: PubMed, ScienceDirect, Web Knowledge, PiCarta, Google Scholar. Of 60 papers were identified, 44 selected full review. We excluded those did describe hands-on guidelines or quality criteria design, evaluation (28 papers). From results retrieved, identified 16 matched inclusion criteria. outcomes used posit strategies principles technologies; these underpin our framework. Results: A total qualified final analysis, based on theoretical backgrounds visions eHealth, conditions research technologies. Despite potential, relationship proposed strategies, methods obscure, perhaps due rather conceptual focuses rationale behind than practical guidelines. In addition, 2.0 call more stakeholder-driven beyond scope frameworks. limitations, composed framework participatory approach, persuasive techniques, business modeling. Conclusions: demonstrate effectively, fresh way thinking required about how can be innovate care. It also requires new concepts instruments develop implement practice. serves as an evidence-based roadmap.
