摘要: Recent neuropsychological theories emphasize the influence of maladaptive learning and memory processes on pain perception. However, precise relationship between these as well underlying mechanisms remain poorly understood; especially role perceptual discrimination its modulation by associative fear has received little attention so far. Experimental work with exteroceptive stimuli consistently points to effects acuity. In addition, clinical observations have revealed that in individuals chronic is impaired, tactile training reduces pain. Based findings, we present a theoretical model which central tenet contributes development through impaired interoceptive proprioceptive
