摘要: This paper describes a lab-on-a-chip for measuring uric acid in serum, plasma or urine. The is composed by two dies: one fabricated polystyrene and contains the microchannels other through CMOS process photodetector readout electronics. concentration measured using mixture of 14 μl infinity reagent with 0.25 sample. achieved sensitivity 0.33 mg/dl (±0.6% human being urine values), 1 mm lightpath. Using an optical absorption method, maximum peak at wavelength λ = 494 nm, detected.
