摘要: The relationship between nuclear maturation and the differentiation of cytoplasm plasma membrane during resumption arrested meiosis was investigated by culture GV- MII-stagemouse oocytes in presence absence nocodazole. Culture nocodazole associated with dispersal MI MII chromosomes throughout subplasmalemmal cytoplasm. A progression cortical (thickening actin filaments) changes (denudation microvilli, reduction cell surface glycoproteins, formation chromosome-containing evaginations) that normally occurs proximity to intact or spindles tookplace only those regions containing dispersed chromosomes. dispersion migration occurred an apparently random fashion. Fluorescent probe analysis normal treated indicated a stage-specific association spatial distribution mitochondria. Transfer individual bivalent untreated at different stages cytoplasts derived from anucleated prior GVB demonstrated (1) necessity for cytoplasmic differentiation, (2) capacity differentiate response chromosome is acquired GVB.
