摘要: The aim of this review paper is to give comprehensive and detailed mathematical modeling procedures for the airflow, heat mass transfer occurred during forced convection cooling produce in order optimize process. First, a brief explanation forced-air precooling process its importance improving market quality will be given. Then, two main used process, namely porous medium approach direct numerical simulation, explored. In addition, various related models available literature critically discussed together with their capabilities drawbacks. Finally, case study optimizing using simulation shown.
