摘要: Accumulation of the tumour suppressor gene p53 product due to a mutation is frequently seen in human carcinomas, including lung carcinoma. Another indirect mechanism involving malignant growth relates E6 protein papillomavirus (HPV), which able bind and degrade wild-type protein, thus eliminating its activities. Bronchiolo-alveolar carcinoma (BAC) rare type The aim our study was examine occurrence accumulation presence HPV DNA BAC. Sections 22 BACs were immunohistochemically stained using antibody, CM-1. verified by situ hybridisation for types 6, 11, 16, 18, 31 33 confirmed PCR. Thirty-six percent tumours showed abnormal nuclear accumulation, DNA, revealed hybridisation, found 36%. Unexpectedly, only 13% 1 positive p53, whereas 45% 2 positive. During follow-up 12-176 months, 10% patients with negative both died disease, compared 42% either or positivity. No inverse relationship between found.
