摘要: Abstract This paper presents a new hybrid chemical reaction optimization (HCRO) approach which is based on (CRO) and differential evolution (DE) to find the optimal placement parameter setting of unified power flow controller (UPFC) achieve performance system network. In proposed algorithm, four elementary reactions, i.e., on-wall ineffective collision, inter-molecular decomposition, synthesis, are developed. Moreover, mutation operation DE integrated with collision crossover introduced in decomposition process accelerate convergence speed improve solution quality CRO algorithm. Here, three different single objectives namely, minimization overall cost, transmission loss, voltage deviation one multi-objective simultaneously minimizes loss used. To verify effectiveness, HCRO implemented IEEE 14-bus 30-bus systems. establish superiority, simulation results technique compared other previously reported algorithms published literature such as genetic algorithm (GA), particle swarm (PSO), immune GA (IGA), PSO (IPSO) (HIA). It found that obtained by superior those discussed algorithms.
