摘要: Abstract Urinary chromium levels for healthy and diabetic men were determined by direct graphite-furnance atomic absorption spectrometry. The average values 0.72 ± 0.31 ng ml −1 23 aged to 35, 0.39 0.19 19 47 69, 1.0 0.9 patients 13 79. Some urines of exhibit > 1.3 , which are never found in men. proposed method involves injection 20 μl urine inot a pyrolytically-coated graphite tube, standard addition calibration procedure involving pooled sample. results compared with those obtained liquid-liquid extraction method.
