摘要: A rapid and direct method is described for the determination of chromium in serum lake water samples with high salinities using electrothermal atomic absorption Spectrometry vanadium(V), 20 µg, vanadium(V) plus molybdenum(VI), µg each, as chemical modifiers. The results show superior performance these modifiers over other types modifier used. Recoveries from spiked different matrices ranged 97 to 104%. precision calculated on ten replicate analyses each sample expressed relative standard deviation was better than 4% all samples. limit detection 0.2 l–1 calibration graphs were linear up 100 l–1. indicate that life graphite atomizer rate atomization are also increased presence vanadium based
