摘要: Context Intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms (IPMNs) are uncommon tumours which can be associated with pancreatic and extrapancreatic malignancies. The association of IPMN neuroendocrine the pancreas has been reported previously but is exceedingly rare. Case report We three cases treated total pancreatectomy/extended distal pancreatectomy. Histopathological analysis resected specimens revealed concomitant tumour. Two patients had adenocarcinoma as well. Conclusions presence an may place entire at risk developing other tumour types vigilance during all stages management necessary to ensure optimal treatment.
