摘要: Abstract : The reporting requirements that the proposed legislation would place on FAA'S air traffic control modernization program aid in continued congressional oversight of this problem-ridden program. Over past 17 years, multibillion-dollar to modernize aging systems has experienced cost overruns, schedule slippages, and performance problems large proportions. Because program's size, complexity, cost, problems, we have designated it as a high-risk information technology initiative since 1995. Our recent review indicated continuing problems.
