摘要: The recent revolution in cryo-EM has produced an explosion of structures at near-atomic or better resolution. This allowed to provide visualization bound small-molecule ligands the macromolecules, and these new have provided unprecedented insights into molecular mechanisms complex biochemical processes. They also had a profound impact on drug discovery, defining binding modes action well-known drugs as well driving design development compounds. review will summarize highlight some structures. Most excitingly, latest technology 1.2 A resolution, further solidifying powerful tool for discovery. Therefore, play ever-increasing role discovery coming years.
